Perfectionism is the term which exists both in the philosophy and psychology. The reasoning in the psychological view will point at the state of a person, who strives for success with an extraordinary passion. The person only focuses on being called as a 'perfectionist'.

In the philosophical view it is stated as follows_

The perfectionist does not necessarily believe that one can attain a perfect life or state of living. Rather, a perfectionist practices steadfast perseverance in obtaining the best possible life or state of living.

This perseverance is an infinite one, going to become an unfortunate step to the person whoever adopted this.

Being perfect or becoming perfect is an ideal thing. No one is said to be a 'complete' in this entire world. We all got drawbacks and errors. That isn't our point of losing, we correct all those errors, we learn from the mistakes and we work on to monitor our actions. We minimize our errors in our day to day life and we succeeds in case of improvement. All these modules of modification is necessary for all of us to become what we dreamt about ourselves. But, if all these struggles involved any passion badly about becoming perfect it might become our biggest foe and a beginning step to ruin ourselves.

Perfectionism has its pros and cons. It is good, but in rare cases. The wishing of perfectionism leads to the disappointment, because perfectionism is pressuring oneself to achieve unrealistic goals inevitably sets the person up for disappointment.

Perfectionism drive people to attempt an unattainable ideal. One cannot attain a satisfaction in his/her own performance if there is a burn for becoming a perfectionist.
This is not a positive way to reach the goals, it will distract us from the realistic ways and forces us to engage in the past, with a thought of correcting the past, which is of no use.

Past is what had happened, it is only a metaphor to learn from the mistakes, this learning must be a sincere one. True acceptance is a way to learn from the past, rather than trying to modify it.

Dreaming big is not a mistake. It is the right, but if it is more than the possessions, it's toxic. For example, a guy who failed his tenth standard twice and stopped his education mustn't dream to become a district collector, this is of no point.

So this reveals that dreaming do have its limits and boundaries. We can't aim which is beyond our capabilities and capacity. Aiming perfectionism is the similar thing, it is not possible to anyone. NOT POSSIBLE, because it's just an ideal concept.
If we run into such idealistic thinking, there is a need to realise the reality. Those who claim they are all perfect and calls themselves as perfectionists, they do know what they are doing. They are aware of their weaknesses.

Some persons can hide their respective errors. They may think they are mastering their own minds, but one day when they are highly distracted with obstacles. They will be exposed.

In this rushing jet speedy world, we all are playing our part in designing the country and for our Self-Esteem. Now being busy is a common thing among us. It may be a primary school student, a college student and an employee. The pressure and stress are same, but vary depending on the work.

A school going kid doesn't undergo the same amount of pressure like his father, who is an employee. So, my point is__ those who work (mostly seating work) before computers and dealing with the piles of files would be prone to a lot of stress and this will affect the mental state and physical too.

Short-temper, hypertension, obesity and other mental disorders tend to occur because of the work stress. Here the need of relaxation and physical exercise is seen. And for us, there seems no enough time even to have a regular meals, where to find the time for exercise?
If we let our body to work in that way without rest and good diet it will become only a 'mass' body.

To face this need of those busy guys who spend much time at office than at home, here are 10 simple exercises. And good news is you don't even need to walk a step away from your work table or your chair. No need of any exercise equipment or a gym membership.

Below are the 10 common exercises, which we can do even on duty. Let's have a look through them.
May be you are familiar with them all, am just reminding you once again.

(1). Neck rolls
This is the best exercise of relaxation to the neck. It will help the spinal cord to clear it's way of circulation to the brain.
Neck rolls is recommended to the people who got their collar bones melt. And by doing so, it will ease the friction between the bones.

Neck rolls is like greasing an engine, it will increase the tpm(turn per minute) like rpm. of our neck. It can be done while you are in your chair, make sure to sit straight and rotate the neck in a periodic manner.

(2). Cat to cow pose
A cat to cow pose is a subtle back stretch. We all experienced the back pain, it is really hard to tolerate. Since our back is the centroid of our body it will not let us to live free with the back pain.
Many exercises are related to the back because of this reason.

The cat to cow also can be down without stepping off from the chair (see the picture). Generally this is done on the floor, but also can be done while seated. Hence also named as 'Seated cat to cow'.

(3). Seated forwarded bend
This is a chair exercise, all we have to do is to move a few steps away from the table and bend down until our both hands touch the ground. And there are many other poses in this, one can also touch the feet or hold the ankles. Depending upon the bending strength of our body, the pose will be chosen.

This forward bend isn't recommended to do after meals. When the digestion empties the belly, then we can choose it.

(4). A table wrist stretch

This is a hand related exercise. To do a wrist stretch our fingers must be forced, they need to apply the pressure on the table. Also the palm must be placed without a gap on the table.

A table wrist stretch is done by our fingers facing towards our body. And an angle is made to our body and the table so that we can stretch our weight (upper weight) of body on the hands. This will do a little help to the wrist and can be good to strengthen the hands for hand power.

(5). Foot on desk stretch
As the name itself indicates that we have to place our foot (one foot at once) on the table and apply the force on it of the body by stretching it with a forward thrust. This will ease the blood flow in the feet and legs are shaped good with this stretch.

Circulation of blood in the veins of legs is maintained good by this stretch.

(6). Eagle arms
This is for the chest muscles and for forearms and wrist. This eagle arms will release the tension of the muscles.
Eagle arms is nothing but a twisted arms. We must twist the hands together vertically, no need to stand, can be done while sitting on the chair.

Eagle arms are seen generally when we feel tired, we twist both the fingers by freeing our hands by leaning back.

(7). Seated twist
A seated twist is done everyday, this move is familiar with all of us. This is done in both modes, standing and sitting. Now we are talking about the seated twist, keeping the bottom stable, moving our upper part in an angle of 180°.

This must be done both the sides, like a to and fro motion. To both the sides we have to move our body. A seated twist is so effective one, we can hear the pop instantly.

(8). Isometric hand grip

Of all the above mentioned exercises this is quite opposite. As we don't need to raise from the seat or do any stretches. This is done with the help of a 'V' shaped gripping items. Grips are made of plastic or rubber. They provide a good grip for our hands. And we must compress them, one at once or both at once.
Aging will reduce the gripping power in hands. By isometric hand grip, the gripping power is obtained and provides a good fingers exercise. Some physiotherapy experts also recommends this hand grip exercise.

These are portable, we can carry these things in a bag/handbag.

(9). Freeing and relaxing
This is the autobot exercise. We do this regularly (at least five times a day). When our body gets tired it wishes the relaxation and feel free. This is attained by leaning ourselves back in our chairs and stretching our hands up in the air.

This is the only exercise we do in autobot mode. We don't even need to bother whether we are doing it daily, our body manipulates this.

(10). Take a walk


To those who walks daily at least 2kms, the medical field assures you are free from the heart diseases. As walking is the only exercise, in which maximum number of muscles are involved. They burn the cholesterol and keeps your veins free to flow the blood. And helps to maintain a healthy blood pressure without any variations.

Try to make walking as your best mate, prefer taking stairs (if you can) at the malls and other places. No other exercise done indoors (in a gym) are said to be burning the muscle as much as the walking do. Adopt this walking mode today.

Even at the workplaces, you are offered a little break, walk a little distance than to sit at a place.

We all are proud to be bloggers, no matter in which platform we are blogging. And being in a blogosphere benefits us all a lot. Not in one case, but many.
Bloggers live a different life than a common person, yes they do. Bloggers always be ready to turn any situation into an epic post, their mind undergoes a regular synchronization. It is not an easy thing, this is definitely a mind game.

A blogger maybe anywhere in this world, he/she creates another world and works in it, for it. That is a double benefit, to the readers and a blogger.
Let's see what are those pros of blogosphere.

(1). Identity
Being a blogger is an identity.
It is a unique opportunity to talk about anything which is going on and trending. It is a platform, where the discussion on various issues takes birth.
A blogger will be a stand alone in the millions. This identity can't be stolen, can't be erased. A blogger will leave his/her footprints in the history. This is the identity.

(2). Expansion
Being humans, we all must expand our surroundings, it is possible with today's advanced technologies and social networking, media etc. But, in the social networking all platforms aren't safe. We are hearing the bad about them now and then, so there is a need of a clean platform. Which will expand our circle in a fair way, with mutual encouraging environment.
Blogging provides it all, a clean base to write and filtered content which  reduces abusive behaviors.

Hence, blogosphere is the best way to expand ourselves.

(3). Exploration
When we are in need of any topic research we don't delay and reach our mobile/PCs browsers and search for it on the internet. And most of the results are accurate and up to 90% they answer our questions.
This exploration is the one which leads to the post(s) of any blogger. Within the blogosphere, one can explore a lot.

(4). Interacting
Man is a social animal. He/she needs to communicate socially with all sort of people. In the blogosphere, there is no lack of the interactions. One blogger can interact with the other blogger(s) and share each others views and invite each other for guest posts.

And blogging facilitates social meetings, platforms like Indiblogger and other blogging communities are doing a great job by conducting the meet ups.

(5). Knowing the unknowns
None of us are perfect in anything. We can't be aware of everything, maybe it is a subject or any topic. We all need to know truths and unknowns.
We can't lead our lives in a blindside. Life is short, in this short period of time there is a need to know at least some facts. And this is encouraged inside the blogosphere. One can know what is unknown to them by visiting friendly blogs and can ask a doubt.
A teacher maybe irritated with your silly doubts, but a blogger never. Instead of irritating, he/she will make it simpler to you with their post. Because we all know the truth, we love our readers.

(6). Reaching every corner
Blogosphere is no less than the biosphere. It can reach the every corner of the globe and spread the post(s). It can knock the doors of each house and delivers our posts, helps us to get inspired and develop the skills to create more new posts.

(7). A Showoff
Last but not least, blogosphere helps our talent to show off to the world. Blogging maybe our hobby/profession it needs to be noticed. One cannot run a blog in the dark, reader's attention is needed even though it is not a compulsory. A writer's passion keeps him/her pushing to create a content. This will definitely grab the attention of the visitors.

Blogosphere is impartial. It warm welcomes the new talents and fill the confidence in the already existing.

I love solo travelling, but am not yet to the cities and the world, am through the world of books and this journey (odyssey) is not going to stop at any cost, as i am student of all time learning something new.

I don't want to stay silent on what i went through the long lasting book voyage, am the explorer and a researcher by attitude. And this burn lit me to make a post about the history i made in my days of study and proved everybody that one can even win by the sincerity.

Back in 1997, i could barely remember my journey is at the starting point, where my mom, dad and sister began to teach me the alphabetics. At first i thought i couldn't do this and i said to myself that am not up to this learning thing. And moving to the another town far away and in 1999 it's completely different for me.School became my everything and i started to love the study and slowly i took all the control and became a rank holder #1. And my reign last for 10 long years, this changed my life forever and i am hypnotised by the education aroma. It smells good to me indulging myself into the books and studying.
And of course i left some strong foot marks in the history and i believe in only and only one thing and that is the RESPECT . My conduct as a student is super good and best of the bests, i never gave up to any educational tests and i slayed my body to the limit to learn. But, later on i behaved like a coward towards only one subject,  it is mathematics. I never made myself a perfectionist at mathematics, i am really scared of it. The mathematical sense lacked in me and i am unable to apply a simple logics in the problem solving and missed my target every time.

The only weakness i am with is this mathematics, but the time is completely a gameplayer it lead me through all the math related courses, until today. My college course to the present professional course am associated with the enemy of mine for all time, the mathematics.

Fairplay policy
